I stayed here in January 2005 and it was TERRIBLE. The staff were extremely arrogant and rude. The elevator was out of order the entire time we were there (6 days) and we had to drag all of our luggage up to the 3rd floor on our own up the stairs. The room service was extremely slow and I had to call maintenance every day to fix something. It is basically a 1 star motel with a fancy exterior and lobby. The pool area did look nice, but it was too cold to swim when we were there. There is a laundry room and a restaurant attached. I would not recommend this for Disneyland travellers, as it is a full 20 minute drive away, and the shuttle only goes 4 times a day.
