WARNING: Newer ACURA / LEXUS / HONDA / TOYOTA owners JUST STAY AWAY from this shop. They are too small to handle any major body work. Or should I say too dumb to handle medium-to-major body work on new import car. I have HORRIBLE experience with my 2008 Acura with half ass job. From outside they will try to make it look all good but inside everything is iffy. Metal pieces rattling and they would also take a liberty of damaging more internal components.‎ Non-cooperative because they honestly don't know how the new car models / body styles are constructed / or put together. Plus, owner's mother (found blond hair) is on-site and they used my vehicle for their private errands - BE AWARE!

I am so tired of auto repair places that lie and give you the lowest price and when your car is in a million pieces Jack the price up. Fullerton Auto Repair Clinic will always get my business.

I am new to the area and was looking for a reliable auto repair place. A number of colleagues at work referred me to this shop. I have taken both my vehicles there for repair work. I found there charges reasonable and the staff is very courteous. The fact that it is family run business definite adds a personal touch to their customer service. They were prompt in dropping me off to my work and picking me up in the evening while they worked on the vehicles. They were so nice to even open the shop on a Sunday to give me the delivery of the vehicle. I will not hesitate to recommend others to try this shop.
